Love (even self-love) is a churning. It brings our emotions, blockages, and insecurities to the surface, shaping how we interact with others and the world. In this retreat, you will learn to recognize and understand the many aspects of love from Ayurvedic and yogic perspectives. You will also gain practical skills to transform calamities into experience, and experience into wisdom.

Join me in the lush jungles of Costa Rica for a holistic retreat and escape the burnout of everyday life.
